We cater for such circumstances and even the simplest of concepts such as ‘real estate’ of pallet positioning within the warehouse makes all the difference. Our custom built inventory system allows us to keep track of stock levels, position and enable client logins to ensure a complete and transparent solution.
Print and Fulfilment Solution
Because the Mailing & Distribution Division is an internal arm of Focus Press Pty Ltd, we are geared to offer complete print and distribution solutions. This has proven to be extremely efficient and cuts the time for stock to go from one supplier to the next.
There is constant communication throughout the divisions to ensure accurate scheduling and to expand our capabilities. For example, combined with our data management, we are able to produce personalised digital prints making direct mail pieces all the more personal, all under the one roof.
Logistics Management We are well attuned to our clients’ logistical needs. One such need, aside from regular fulfilments, is logistic management and transport of collateral to events such as conferences, expos, Annual General Meetings and conventions.
We have provided complete solutions for various clients; one major event each year being the NRMA Motorfest, held at Hyde Park every Australia Day. We organise transport for all departments, consolidate the collateral and deliver to each event tent corresponding to the department. At the close of the event, we pick up collateral left over and provide a full stock report to the client the next business day.
